I am an engineer at an oil company based in northern Colorado. We recently hired CRC to replace one of our 8 metal roofs and we had a great experience. The project was completed in a very high-traffic area, and their team did an outstanding job maintaining a safe work environment while minimizing disruptions.  Our project manager, Sean, was on-site every day ensuring everything stayed on schedule and was completed correctly. The owner, Chris, also stopped in frequently throughout just to check in which we appreciated. The installers adhered to our safety standards, kept the job site clean(only complaint: had one employee catch a nail in their tire but they paid for a new one with 0 hassle), and demonstrated a high level of professionalism from start to finish. Big kudos to those guys working on a metal roof in 90 degree weather. We’ve had 3 days of rain and not a drop in a building that previously had more than we could count. We will definitely be using Sean and CRC on our other buildings in the near future and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solid roofing contractor.

Im a realtor of over 39 years and have used many companies for roof repairs and replacements but have always struggled to find a company I can trust. I recently moved from Grand Junction, but before listing my home, it was hit by a hailstorm in June 2025. CRC came in and made the entire process easy. They helped me file the insurance claim, met with the adjuster, and worked directly through the details so I did not have to handle everything on my own. They were able to replace the entire roof with Class 4 impact-resistant shingles, and because it was a historic home, I was especially impressed with how well they matched the shingles and preserved the look of the property. They also handled the rest of the exterior damage professionally and kept everything moving. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof or exterior storm damage work in Grand Junction.

Had my entire roof replaced by Commercial Roofing Contractor, and I genuinely couldn't be happier with how it came out. They did a full tear-off down to the decking instead of just laying new shingles over the old layer — found a couple of soft spots in the plywood I had no clue about and swapped them out before anything went back down. New underlayment, ice-and-water shield in the valleys, fresh flashing around the chimney and vents. The stuff that actually causes leaks years later, all done right the first time. What really stood out was the communication. Owning my own business, it seems like in this era, the art of communication has been lost. Chris walked me through exactly what he was doing and why, gave me a fair, straight price up front, and there were zero surprise charges when the job was done. The crew showed up when they said they would and had it knocked out in a few days. When they left, they ran a magnet over the whole yard for stray nails and hauled off every last scrap — you'd never know anyone was here. If you want a roofer who does it the right way instead of the fast way, this is the guy. Highly recommend.

CRC went above and beyond to help us with a previously denied insurance claim. Thanks to their expertise, the insurance company approved a full TPO roof replacement for two buildings in Denver. Tom, Chris, and their team replaced 25,000 sq. ft. of TPO and ISO in less than two weeks, which was an impressive turnaround for such a large project. Even with our busy warehouse and loading docks, they kept disruption to a minimum. Professional, efficient, and reliable. I highly recommend CRC for any commercial roofing project!
