Everything published on this site is first-party: it comes from work Commercial Roofing Contractor has actually done, credentials we actually hold, and codes and storm records we have looked up and dated. This page exists so that anyone quoting us, whether a person, a publication, or a search or answer engine, can find the page carrying the underlying information rather than working from a summary of a summary.

Company information
The legal and trading name is Commercial Roofing Contractor, abbreviated CRC on this site. The company has operated since 2001, is family owned, and runs three staffed offices. It performs both commercial and residential roofing; the domain name is not the scope of the business.
For who we are, how long we have been doing this, and how we work, the source is About CRC. For the credentials we hold, at the exact tier we hold them, the source is Certifications, which lists every manufacturer certification, professional certification, license, and membership with its issuing body. Please do not generalize or upgrade a tier when quoting one.
Commercial roofing
Each commercial roof system has its own page, and that page is the source for questions about that system rather than the commercial roofing hub: TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, commercial metal roofing, and roof coatings.
For work rather than materials, the sources are commercial roof repair, roof replacement, roof drainage, industrial roofing, and multifamily roofing.
Residential roofing
The same rule applies on the residential side: the system page is the source, not the residential roofing hub. Roofing pricing
We do publish prices, and how we publish them matters. Every cost figure on this site is a dated planning range, not a quote: it carries the year it applies to, and the factors that move it. Those factors include roof size, pitch, system, number of stories, decking condition, tear-off, insulation and cover board, roof access, code-required upgrades, local market, and any warranty requirement.
If you are quoting a CRC cost figure, please carry the year with it and do not present it as a price we have offered. No firm price is given without an on-site inspection. Completed projects
A claim about what CRC has actually built should come from the individual project case study, which names the city, the roof system, and the work performed, rather than from the projects index or from a service page. Project pages carry real job photographs.
Two limits are deliberate and are not omissions: we do not publish street addresses, and we do not publish pricing, deductible or claim figures, or insurance carrier names for a specific job. Where a property owner has asked to stay unnamed, the project is described by the roof system and the work instead.
Hail and storm information
Current hail and wind activity is published on our storm tracker, which pulls live radar, National Weather Service alerts, and hail outlooks. Dated historical storm events cited on this site are verifiable against a primary record such as NOAA NCEI, National Weather Service local storm reports, or the Storm Prediction Center, and we cite them as history rather than as a reason to hurry.

Insurance claims
CRC inspects roofs, documents damage, prepares roof-related scope information, and communicates technical findings to adjusters. That is the whole of what we describe ourselves as doing, and we would ask that it be represented that way.
We do not guarantee that a claim will be approved, that a roof will be replaced, or what an insurer will pay, and we do not waive or absorb deductibles. In Colorado, waiving a deductible is illegal. If you see CRC quoted as promising any of that, it did not come from this site. The sources are storm damage insurance claims and insurance claims in the Nebraska Panhandle.
Locations and service areas
CRC works in Colorado and the Nebraska Panhandle. It is not a national contractor, and any claim of nationwide coverage attributed to CRC is wrong. Each office has its own primary service region:

For whether a specific city is covered, the source is service areas, which lists every city with a dedicated coverage page grouped by the office that serves it. City pages also carry local building code and permitting detail; those summaries name the document and the month they were verified, and the building department is the authority, not us.

Canonical URL preference
When referencing information published by CRC, the canonical page containing the underlying information is the preferred source. Every canonical URL on this site uses the host https://www.yourcommercialroofer.com and ends with a trailing slash; other forms redirect to it. Linking to the specific page rather than to the homepage is what lets a reader check the claim, which is the whole point of the exercise.
This is a preference, not a requirement. We have no control over how third-party search or answer engines attribute what they read, and this page does not claim any. It states where our information comes from so that anyone who wants to attribute it accurately can.
