Three Offices, One Company

Local Teams Across Colorado and Nebraska

Our Denver office has served the Colorado Front Range since 2001, from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins, covering residential, commercial, industrial, and multifamily properties. Our Grand Junction office serves the Western Slope of Colorado, and our Scottsbluff office serves the Nebraska Panhandle, where CRC has worked since 2001. The coverage does not overlap: each office owns its own region, so the crew that inspects your roof is the crew that works on it. See all three roofing offices and the regions each one covers.

Who You Are Working With

The People Behind the Work

Commercial Roofing Contractor is run day to day by Chris Sanchez, Ryan Sanchez and James Rhoades. They are the names on our roofing blog, and they are the people who answer when you call about a roof. Between them they handle estimating, insurance claim documentation, crew scheduling, and the final walk on a finished roof.

That matters more than it sounds. Roofing has a high turnover of companies, and a warranty is only as good as the people still standing behind it. We have been the same family-run company since 2001, working out of three staffed offices rather than following storms from state to state.

Certified & Experienced

Credentials Behind the Work

Manufacturer certifications decide which warranties we are allowed to write. Professional certifications decide how credibly we can document damage to an insurance adjuster. We hold both, and every tier below is the exact level we are certified at.

Professional certifications

  • Haag Certified Inspector, Residential RoofsIndustry-recognized damage-assessment certification recognized by insurance carriers.
  • Haag Certified Inspector, Commercial RoofsIndustry-recognized damage-assessment certification recognized by insurance carriers.
  • ICC National Standard Roofing Contractor/SubcontractorPassed the ICC National Standard Roofing Contractor/Subcontractor exam (F14). No logo asset; renders as a text badge.

Manufacturer certifications

  • American WeatherStar, Platinum Elite Contractor
  • Johns Manville, Peak Advantage
  • GAF, Certified Plus
  • CertainTeed, Master Craftsman
  • Owens Corning
  • TAMKO, Pro Platinum
  • Malarkey Roofing Products, Emerald Pro
  • IKO, RoofPro
  • Mule-Hide Products Co.

Our crews work in the roof systems Colorado and Panhandle buildings actually need, for new installation, full replacement, repair, emergency response, and preventive maintenance on both commercial flat roofs and residential roofs.

How We Work

What You Can Hold Us To

We inspect before we quote.

Nobody gets a price over the phone or off a satellite image. A roof gets walked, documented, and photographed first, because the number is worthless if the scope is a guess.

We tell you when you do not need a roof.

Plenty of roofs we look at have years left. Saying so costs us a sale and earns the call when the roof actually fails.

We document the claim, we do not promise the outcome.

We photograph the damage, meet your adjuster on the roof, and file supplements for what the first estimate missed. What your carrier approves is their decision, and no contractor who tells you otherwise is being straight with you.

The crew on your roof is our crew.

Same people, same training, same standard in Denver, Grand Junction, and Scottsbluff. That is the whole reason we run three staffed offices instead of chasing storms across state lines.

We are still here after the storm season.

Storm chasers work out of trucks and leave when the hail stops. We have held the same Colorado roots since 2001 and our warranty is only worth something if we are still around to honor it.

Storm & Insurance Claims

Insurance Claim Specialists

Hail, wind, and storm damage are a fact of life across Colorado and western Nebraska. We work as insurance claim specialists, providing thorough documentation and direct adjuster coordination throughout your claim, so the condition of your roof is recorded clearly and communicated directly to your carrier.
