Using this site
You are welcome to read, print, and share pages from this site for your own purposes, including sharing them with your insurance adjuster or property manager. You may not copy the site wholesale, republish its content as your own, scrape it to build a competing directory, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Building code and hail information
Our service area pages publish adopted code editions, permit requirements, and recorded hail history for specific jurisdictions. Each of those pages names the document the information came from and the month it was verified.
This is general information to help you plan, not a compliance determination. The building department with jurisdiction over your address is the authority on what your specific roof requires, and codes change. We confirm current requirements with that department before we scope a job, and you should not treat a page on this site as a substitute for that confirmation or for professional advice about your property.
Hail figures are counts of storm reports filed with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration for a named location. A location with no reported event is not a location without hail. It is a location where no report was filed under that name, and we say so on the pages themselves.
Insurance claims
We document storm damage, meet adjusters on the roof, and file supplements for scope the first estimate missed. What your carrier approves is your carrier's decision. Nothing on this site is a promise of any claim outcome, payment, or coverage determination, and we are not your insurance adviser or public adjuster.
Estimates, pricing, and availability
Any pricing, timeline, material, or warranty information on this site is general and subject to change. It becomes binding only when it appears in a written proposal we have given you. Manufacturer warranties are issued by the manufacturer on their terms, not ours.
Photographs and project pages
Photographs of completed work on this site are of real CRC projects unless the image is marked as an illustration, in which case its description says so. Photographs and written content remain our property or that of their owners.
Links to other sites
We link to manufacturers, building departments, certification bodies, and public data sources so you can check what we have published. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
No warranty for the website
We work to keep this site accurate and available, and we correct errors when we find them. The site itself is provided as is: we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or current at every moment. This paragraph is about the website. It does not limit any workmanship or manufacturer warranty on roofing work we perform for you, which is set out in your contract.
